The NTO Scent Spinner 2.0  Halibut (s) is specifically designed for the use of liquid scent.   Using a scent needle you can fill each of the chambers with your secret sauce and the smaller holes will distribute it.  Scents last longer and you are able to keep your bait down where the fish are to produce that scent trail.  Offered in Glow or White.
